Someone at Synchronica has developed a solution that will enable smart phones to scream when stolen.

How is that?

Once “Synchronica Scream”, a feature of the Synchronica Mobile Manager, is enabled the handset will emit an “annoying and embarrassing high-pitched wail,” so it can be found after it has been stolen or misplaced. Apart from that offering, the system can also remotely lock and wipe data from the smart phones as soon as the owners report the loss.

Apparently, this system is only available at Orange. Hmmm… I wonder when will our mobile operators use this system?
