Google has just launched Google Talk’s latest features.

Among its new features are File Transfer, Voicemail and Music Status and Music Trends.

With File Transfer you can send unlimited files and folders to your friends through Google Talk. Another sweet spot for this feature is that there is no restriction on the file type or size and the peer-to-peer transfer is fast and reliable.

The Voicemail feature allows you to leave voicemail messages to your friends when they are not around. Just record your voice and send in your voicemail message which will be attached as an audio file.

You can let your chat buddies see what you are listening to with Music Status and Music Trends. The status on your Google Talk will update everytime your songs changes.
